Today
A daily briefing built from your real day — your one next thing, what's ahead, and how the week is going.
LifeOS keeps your tasks, habits, planner, school, goals, workouts, and nutrition together in one private iPhone app — with a coach that runs right on your device.
LifeOS is an iPhone app in beta. Android is coming later.
LifeOS is one quiet, consistent space across every part of your day.
Screens shown as placeholders during the beta — real captures are on the way.
Most days are scattered across a dozen apps. LifeOSpulls the essentials into a single, focused space — and it’s calm to use.
A daily briefing built from your real day — your one next thing, what's ahead, and how the week is going.
Tasks, a day planner with real start/end times and reminders, goals with milestones, and repeatable routines.
Build habits with honest streaks — and streak freezes for the day life gets in the way.
Courses, assignments, grades and GPA, a weekly timetable, and deadline warnings that actually fire.
Log workouts, track body weight over time, and see analytics from your own history. Choose lb or kg.
Log meals by hand and set macro goals, so calories and protein stay in view without the fuss.
Run focused sessions that keep counting while you switch away, and look back with a Weekly Review.
A coach that helps you plan your day and reflect. In this beta it runs entirely on your iPhone.
Plus Home Screen & Lock Screen widgets, Siri shortcuts, share cards, a year-in-review “LifeOS Wrapped,” and four themes with light & dark.
However your days are shaped, LifeOS keeps the pieces together.
Keep the semester from sneaking up on you.
Track training without a second app.
A gentle handle on everything else.
LifeOShas a built-in coach that helps you plan your day, reflect, and act on what the app already knows about your tasks, habits, and schedule. We think it’s worth being clear about exactly where it stands today:
Your life shouldn’t be a data source.
Your data stays on your iPhone. LifeOS has no accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud — everything you create lives in local storage on your device. There are no ads, no trackers, and no analytics, and we never sell your data.
You can wipe everything with Delete My Data inside the app. Read the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
Every core feature is free. LifeOS Pro adds a few extras on top.
The whole organizer, at no cost.
Billed $39.99/year after a 7-day free trial · or $5.99/month ($1.38/week).
LifeOS Proisn’t purchasable during the beta yet — every core feature is free in the meantime. Subscriptions are billed by Apple; you can cancel anytime in Settings.
Prices are in USD and may vary by region. Free features stay free — the trial applies only to LifeOS Pro.
